To enhance the participants’ analytical and decision-making skills, covering four primary risk categories: credit, operations, market and liquidity. The seminar will focus on processes and techniques for developing a risk assessment in preparation for creating an examination scope and plan the implementation of the examination process that focuses on identified highrisk areas.

- Examination techniques to review high risk areas identified through the risk assessment process.

6. Minimum qualification requirements
- The seminar is designed for supervisors with at least 3 years of practical experience in examination of banks; as well as in the core elements of the examination process, such as planning, implementation, and followup.
- Intermediate level of English.

This seminar has pre-reading materials, which will be sent in advance to the participants.
8. Language
English and Spanish are the official languages for the seminar. Simultaneous interpretation services will be available during the sessions.
